We loved the view and the room they gave us after we complained about the smell of smoking in the first room we were assigned. The beds were comfortable and wifi was fast.

insane view from the rooms! we saw the while city like on our palms. the gardens are nearby and the staff was super nice, would love to stay again

Staff are professionals and nice people. AC works fine, it's quite warm inside a room if you stay in there during a winter season. Also, hot (not just slightly warm) water is available.

You should definitely book one of their rooms with a view(they all are in a way), and enjoy waking up in a spacious room and a pleasing sight, and be assured that the staff is right by your side.

The room is really clean and spacious, did not disappoint at all. What I enjoyed the most was the hospitality of the staff in the reception, especially this guy Ebrahim, he was very helpful and he made sure I got everything I needed. Recommend this stay to all.

We stayed 5 nights and had a very good experience. The rooms were very clean with beautiful views of Haifa. The staff was super accommodating, even providing us with a newer mattress when we asked to change rooms due to an uncomfortable bed. Also great location - 4 minute walk from up and coming Sirkin street area, with emerging art scene, shuk-style restaurants and cool bars.
